My life long interest in people development and experience as a development coach and facilitator has formed my passionate and creative approach to professional coaching and group facilitation.
My business background includes 22 years as a senior executive where I worked in a wide range of organizational settings and industries. As an internal HR/OD executive, I created innovative practices that promoted organizational learning, enhanced leadership and team development, and coached leaders at all levels of the organization.
