The Boards we work with want to successfully partner with their organizations to achieve the desire goals.  Effective boards are skilled at working in community, engaging in difficult conversations, and using a participatory style of leadership.

Linda has over 15 years of experience serving on non-profit boards.  She has held a variety of leadership roles including:  Board Chair, Board Secretary, Program Chair, and Operations Chair. 

She recently served as the Interim President for Canyon Acres Children and Family Services where she was initially charged with right sizing this $4M non-profit. 

At the Boards request, Linda continued in her role providing the organization the stability needed while searching for a merger partner. She then took a lead role in the successful merger with Seneca Family of Agencies.
